1. 服务说明 / Service Description

明日森林是一款以 AI 为辅助的生活路径推演工具，用于帮助用户从一个问题出发观察不同可能性。App 提供的所有结果、评分、世界线、森林地图、提示与衍生信息仅供参考，不构成承诺或保证。

Tomorrow Forest is an AI-assisted life path reasoning tool designed to help users explore possible directions from a question or thought. All outputs, scores, world lines, forest maps, prompts, and derived experiences are for reference only and do not create any promise or guarantee.

2. 非专业建议 / No Professional Advice

本 App 不提供医疗、心理、法律、财务、投资、教育、职业或其他专业意见。对于重大决定，请结合真实情况独立判断，并在必要时咨询合格专业人士。

The app does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, investment, educational, career, or other professional advice. For important decisions, please use independent judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

3. 用户内容与责任 / User Content and Responsibility

你应保证输入、上传、提交或生成的内容合法、合规且不侵犯他人权益。若你自行填写第三方 API Key、模型 ID 或其他凭据，也应保证该凭据来源合法并由你本人负责。你理解并同意自行判断 App 输出的适用性，并对自己基于这些输出作出的决定及后果承担责任。

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you enter, upload, submit, or generate is lawful, appropriate, and does not infringe any third-party rights. If you enter your own third-party API key, model ID, or other credentials, you are also responsible for confirming that you have the right to use them. You remain responsible for evaluating whether app output is suitable for your needs and for any decisions you make based on that output.

4. 订阅与购买 / Purchases and Subscriptions

App 可能提供自动续费订阅、非消耗型权益和消耗型数字内容。具体价格、周期、优惠、权益及售卖范围，以 App Store 实际展示为准。若你购买自动续费订阅，费用将通过你的 Apple ID 账户扣除，除非你在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费，否则订阅会自动续期。你可以在 Apple ID 账户设置中管理或取消订阅；退款请求通常需按照 Apple 的退款政策与审核流程处理。

The app may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, non-consumable entitlements, and consumable digital content. Actual pricing, duration, promotions, entitlements, and sale availability are shown in the App Store. If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, the fee will be charged to your Apple ID account. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, the subscription renews automatically. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are generally handled under Apple's refund policy and review process.

5. 功能变更与服务可用性 / Availability and Changes

我们可能根据产品迭代、监管要求、设备兼容性、性能优化或第三方服务状态，对 AI 模型提供方、免费额度、订阅权益、同步能力、通知、动画、音效或界面细节进行调整、暂停或终止。

We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features, model providers, free usage allowances, subscription entitlements, sync functionality, notifications, animations, sounds, or interface details over time due to product iteration, legal requirements, device compatibility, performance optimization, or third-party service changes.

6. 知识产权与内容归属 / Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

本应用的界面设计、交互逻辑、品牌名称、图形元素、软件代码与其他相关内容，除法律另有规定或另有说明外，其相关权利归开发者所有。未经许可，你不得对本应用进行复制、出售、反向工程、恶意抓取或用于其他未经授权的商业用途。你保留你自己输入内容的权利，但授予我们仅为提供、维护和改进服务所必需的使用权限。

Unless otherwise required by law or separately stated, the app's interface design, interaction logic, brand name, graphics, software code, and related content are owned by the developer. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, scrape maliciously, or otherwise use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes. You retain ownership of the content you provide, but grant us the limited rights necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the service.

7. 免责声明与责任限制 / Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按现状提供。我们不对内容的准确性、完整性、持续可用性、特定结果或适用于任何特定目的作出保证。对于间接损失、利润损失、数据丢失、业务中断或因第三方服务故障引发的损失，在法律允许的范围内我们不承担责任。

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, specific results, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost-profit, data-loss, business-interruption, or third-party-service-related damages.

8. 未成年人 / Minors

如你为未成年人，请在监护人陪同下阅读并使用本应用，并在必要时征得监护人同意。监护人应协助你理解订阅、自动续费与数据处理方式。

If you are a minor, please use the app with a parent or guardian and obtain consent where required. A parent or guardian should help review subscription, auto-renewal, and data-processing terms.

9. 适用法律 / Governing Law

本协议的订立、履行、解释和争议解决，适用中华人民共和国法律；如适用法律另有强制性规定，则从其规定。

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise.
