1. 服务、免费试用与付费权益 / Service, Trials, and Purchases

明日森林是 AI 辅助的生活路径推演工具，帮助你从问题、念头或情境出发观察不同可能性。游客最多可使用 5 次；应用提供月度/年度自动续订订阅及 5 次、50 次一次性额度包。月度订阅每个订阅月赠送 50 次，年度订阅每个订阅月赠送 100 次；有效订阅每日恢复 10 次，最多累计 50 次。每次新的推演消耗 1 次额度，同一推演内最多 10 次延伸不再额外扣账户额度。价格、税费、可用性、自动续订、恢复、退款和撤销以 App Store 及 Apple 条款为准。

Tomorrow Forest is an AI-assisted life-path reasoning tool that helps you explore possibilities from a question, thought, or situation. Guests may use it up to 5 times. The app offers auto-renewing monthly/yearly subscriptions and one-time 5-use and 50-use credit packs. Monthly subscriptions grant 50 credits per subscription month, yearly subscriptions grant 100 credits per subscription month, and active subscriptions restore 10 credits daily up to a cap of 50. Each new reasoning request consumes one credit; up to ten extensions within the same simulation do not consume additional account credits. Prices, taxes, availability, auto-renewal, restoration, refunds, and revocations are governed by the App Store and Apple's terms.

为防止用户注销后反复领取首次使用次数、资源滥用或安全风险，我们可保留最小化的防滥用领取记录：不可逆 SHA-256 处理后的设备标识和/或 Apple subject 标识、首次领取时间及领取类型。该记录不包含原始标识、AI 输入输出或账户内容，不用于画像、广告或恢复已注销账户。账户注销不当然要求立即删除该哈希记录；建议常规保存期限为自注销、最后一次有效使用或最后一次风控事件（以较晚者为准）起 180 天，期满后删除或不可逆匿名化。对未结投诉、争议、疑似欺诈/攻击、安全事件或依法必须保留的情形，可在必要的最短期间内例外留存。

To prevent repeatedly claiming first-use allowances after account closure, resource abuse, or security risks, we may retain a minimal anti-abuse claim record: an irreversible SHA-256 hash of a device identifier and/or Apple subject identifier, the first-claim time, and claim type. It contains no original identifier, AI input or output, or account content, and is not used for profiling, advertising, or restoring a closed account. Account closure does not necessarily require immediate deletion of this hash record. The recommended ordinary retention period is 180 days after the later of account closure, last valid use, or last risk-control event, followed by deletion or irreversible anonymization. It may be retained exceptionally for the shortest necessary period for an unresolved complaint, dispute, suspected fraud or attack, security incident, or a legal retention requirement.

2. AI 服务与标识 / AI Service and Labelling

你主动提交的请求会经明日森林服务端代理发送至当前配置的阿里云百炼/DashScope Qwen 模型服务；最终公开版本的 Workspace、服务地域、endpoint 和模型产品以候选环境锁定结果及适用条款为准。除需要服务端维护上下文的多步推演内容外，我们不把 AI 原始输入和输出作为普通请求日志的业务内容保存。AI 生成内容会以文字、图标或上下文提示作出显式标识，并按适用要求采用不影响正常使用的隐式标识；适用时，基于规则的风险提示、拦截或其他自动化处理也会作出必要说明。AI 输出具有概率性和不确定性，仅供参考，不构成医疗、心理、法律、财务、投资、教育、职业或其他专业建议。

Your active request is sent through Tomorrow Forest's server proxy to the configured Alibaba Cloud Model Studio/DashScope Qwen service; the final public release's workspace, service region, endpoint, and model product follow the locked candidate environment and applicable terms. Except for multi-step reasoning content that requires server-owned context, we do not retain raw AI inputs and outputs as business content in ordinary request logs. AI-generated content has an explicit label through text, an icon, or contextual notice, and uses an implicit label that does not affect normal use where required. Where applicable, rule-based risk notices, blocks, or other automated processing are also explained as necessary. AI output is probabilistic and uncertain, is for reference only, and is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, educational, career, or other professional advice.

3. 用户规则与内容治理 / User Rules and Content Governance

你应确保输入或提交的内容合法、合规且不侵犯他人合法权益。不得利用本服务生成、传播或协助生成违法违规、侵权、欺诈、骚扰、暴力恐怖、淫秽色情、仇恨歧视或其他有害信息，也不得攻击、干扰或绕过安全、限流或内容治理措施。应用不提供用户之间的发帖、评论、私信、群组或社区功能。

You must ensure that content you enter or submit is lawful, appropriate, and does not infringe others' rights. You may not use the service to create, distribute, or assist in creating unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, violent or terrorist, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful information, or attack, interfere with, or bypass security, rate-limiting, or content-governance measures. The app provides no posts, comments, direct messages, groups, or community features between users.

我们可对涉嫌违法违规或明显有害的内容或账户采取提示、拒绝生成、限制使用、保全必要记录、处理投诉举报或依法配合主管机关等措施。

We may issue notices, refuse generation, limit use, preserve necessary records, handle complaints and reports, or cooperate with competent authorities as required by law for content or accounts suspected of violating law or being clearly harmful.

4. 投诉、权利与联系 / Complaints, Rights, and Contact

你可以在账户页面直接删除服务端账户；删除 Apple 账户前需要当前 Apple 账户重新授权，且删除不会自动取消 App Store 自动续订。未使用账户额度会随账户删除，反滥用安全哈希可能按必要期限保留。如需投诉、举报、申诉或提出其他个人信息请求，请发送邮件至 tomorrowforest@outlook.com，说明问题、发生时间及必要线索；个人信息请求须提供核验账户归属所必需的信息。我们会按流程核查并依法处理。

You can directly delete your server account from the account page. Apple accounts must re-authorize first, and deletion does not cancel App Store auto-renewal. Unused account credits are removed with the account; anti-abuse security hashes may remain for a necessary retention period. To make a complaint, report content, appeal, or submit another personal-information request, email tomorrowforest@outlook.com with a description, time of occurrence, and necessary evidence. We will review and handle the request as required by law.

5. 知识产权、变更与责任 / Intellectual Property, Changes, and Liability

除法律另有规定或另有说明外，本应用的界面、交互、品牌、图形、代码及相关内容的权利归开发者所有。我们可因产品迭代、法律法规、网络安全、兼容性、性能或第三方服务状态调整、暂停或终止部分服务。本应用按现状提供；在法律允许范围内，不保证 AI 内容的准确性、完整性、持续可用性、特定结果或适用于特定目的。本协议不排除或限制法律规定不得排除或限制的权利与责任。

Unless otherwise required by law or stated, rights in the app's interface, interactions, brand, graphics, code, and related content belong to the developer. We may adjust, suspend, or end parts of the service due to product iteration, laws and regulations, cybersecurity, compatibility, performance, or third-party service status. The app is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee AI accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, a specific result, or fitness for a particular purpose. These terms do not exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

6. 未成年人、法律与更新 / Minors, Law, and Updates

未成年人应在监护人陪同下阅读和使用本服务，并在需要时取得同意。本协议的订立、履行、解释和争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律；有强制性规定的，从其规定。我们可能更新本协议，并通过应用内或本页面公布。

Minors should read and use the service with a parent or guardian and obtain consent where required. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; mandatory provisions prevail where applicable. We may update these terms and publish the update in the app or on this page.
