投诉、举报与账户请求 / Complaints, Reports, and Account Requests

账户可在应用内设置的账户页面直接删除；如无法完成应用内删除，或需投诉或举报内容、提出申诉、删除/查询/更正个人信息或撤回同意，请发送邮件至上述邮箱。请在标题中注明“投诉举报”“账户删除”或“个人信息请求”，并说明问题、发生时间、相关截图或其他必要线索。账户和个人信息请求需提供核验账户归属所必需的信息。

You can delete your account directly from the account page in the app’s Settings. If in-app deletion cannot be completed, or to complain about or report content, appeal, delete/access/correct personal information, or withdraw consent, email us above. Use “Complaint/Report,” “Account Deletion,” or “Personal Information Request” in the subject and include a description, time, screenshots, or other necessary evidence. Account and personal-information requests require information needed to verify ownership.

• 当前版本提供游客最多 5 次试用、月度/年度自动续订订阅，以及 5 次和 50 次一次性额度包。月度订阅每个订阅月赠送 50 次，年度订阅每个订阅月赠送 100 次；有效订阅每日恢复 10 次、最多累计 50 次。每次新的推演扣 1 次，同一推演内最多 10 次延伸不再额外扣费。
• 如果推演很慢或失败，请检查网络后重试；请勿在输入中提供不必要的敏感个人信息。
• 如果同步未生效，请检查是否开启 iCloud 同步并登录同一 Apple ID。
• The current version offers up to 5 guest trials, auto-renewing monthly/yearly subscriptions, and one-time 5-use and 50-use credit packs. Monthly subscriptions grant 50 credits per subscription month, yearly subscriptions grant 100 credits per subscription month, and active subscriptions restore 10 credits daily up to a cap of 50. Each new reasoning request costs 1 credit; up to ten extensions in the same simulation do not cost additional credits.
• If reasoning is slow or fails, check your network and try again. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in your input.
• If sync does not work, check that iCloud sync is enabled and that you use the same Apple ID.
